Higher Self Yoga is a US based organisation providing online resources for their community including guided meditations, classes and articles. These three films were commissioned to accompany some of those. 2D animation lending itself seamlessly to flowing transitions and representation of abstract concepts. Meet your Higher Self, Open your heart and Your Path to Freedom were produced individually over a 5 year period and can all be seen in full below.
